This is beautiful, I think I'll make one this winter

Love love love this pattern! Almost completed the blanket, making for youngest son who is autistic and has a thing for soft textures and bright colours :D

bowing aside the pattern is lovely and easy to do.

Helllllp, can any one tell me why my blanket from row 3 onward dosnt lay straight its developed a bow or wave as some have mentioned.

Is there a link to a forum on this blanket? I see many questions in the comments but no answers. I am planning to start this lovely blanket shortly for a new baby girl. I’ve used Stylecraft Special DK on several blankets and really like it. I suppose I can work out the approximate length of the starting chain for a baby blanket from the instructions given for single bed size.

Love this simple pattern. Works great for a caron cakes. I found that crocheting the last two together makes a smoother edge.

Hi Lucy I love love love this site thankyou. I'm making the cosy stripe blanket , but on row 3 I seem to have 2 extra trebles, where am I going wrong?

Hello, I am in the US and have a question. When I chained 198 for the foundation row and started the first row in the 4th chain from the hook I have 194 stitches instead of the 196. Am I doing something wrong?

I have already made a Attic24 Cosy Stylecraft Special DK (15 Shades) - and now want to make another one but in different colours - any suggestions of what set to buy?

Is there a border pattern for the bedspread

Diane Newman

I ordered the wool pack for the cosy blanket as a treat to myself. I was not disappointed. It came beautifully packed in a lovely bag. There was also an easy to follow pattern in color with good instructions and a colour chart to follow. My Easter break is sorted, making my Cody blanket. The colours are even nicer in the flesh. Thank you so much and happy Easter 🐣

P.S. very quick delivery too

Hint for blanket growing.First, thank you SO much for the beautiful pattern, caught my eye right away. I just finished my first throw and it was SO easy and lovely. It’s definitely on my keeper, gift, and scrap list, which I believe it would be PERFECT for. Another thing, was noticing that some people were having a bit of trouble and I would like to humbly suggest stitch markers. I used a pink one always on the skip chain, and another color on the top of the turning chain, moving them up as I went. It truly made it a BREEZE. I’m pretty sure that’s why some people were having problems with sizes getting wonky. I forgot myself at the beginning occasionally, pulled out stitch markers, problem solved. Hopes this helps!

Love this! This pattern would be a great stash buster. Thanks for sharing.

Love Love Love this pattern! I'm nearly finished with the last round of edging. I'm making it as a wedding gift and the bride wanted Christmas colors so it's cranberry, kelley green, & mustard. I'm hoping the choices make her smile and that she wants to keep it out more than just for the Christmas season. It's really pretty.

I want to make another one with your colors for ME, so badly!!! Thank you so much for sharing the pattern for the blanket and the perfect edging to go with it. I'm a forever fan :)
