About Me

  • Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. I have a passion for crochet and colour and love to share my creative journey. I hope you enjoy your peek into my colourful little world x

So glad you’re back Lucy have been checking your blog everyday and saying a little prayer that you’re ok.

Hi Lucy, great to hear from you again and glad you are feeling better. Enjoy your time with the little people, I have just had my littlest for a couple of days with her father (my son), I haven't seen them or anyone since last August. It was so wonderful. Only daisies around here no meadows for buttercups on the estate!!

Hello Lucy,
Buttercups! They are my favourites.
Beautiful colour, perfect shape, each a bundle of sunshine on a stem.
Warm greetings from the Eifel!

What a beautiful photo, it really is glorious out there at the moment isn't it. CJ xx

So glad you’re doing ok Lucy and really nice you are able to spend time with the family in this glorious week. We’re on half term here too, so are thoroughly enjoying not having to rush about! Looking forward to seeing all your wonderful photos and hearing all about them when you feel ready. It is so important to take time for yourself, take care, love and hugs. Becki xxx ☺️☀️🤗

Lovely to hear from you again, enjoy the rest of the week and 🤞you can make it to the coast for a few hours 😊Or at least enjoy your flowers and sunshine in your tidy back yard.

Good to see you here Lucy

I am glad to know you are well. I have been missing you. Take care.

Glad all is well. Have a relaxing half term.😃

Glad you are doing well! Have a wonderful time spending time with your family :)

Thanks for the update & look forward to seeing/hearing more news. Am I getting older & dithery or has your new photo been up on the left for a while. I've been using up lots of my leftover Attic 24 bundles from past CALs with you and will pop a photo through of what I'm up to so far. Enjoy your warm weather, take care, stay safe & hugs from down under.

Enjoy your week Lucy and family. It was so lovely finally getting to meet you and J in Skipton Woods the other week. I was quite ‘star struck’ as I had been dying to meet you for a long time and was stuck for words I was so shy! 😊 I even forgot where I lived 😂. If I am ever fortunate enough to see you again I promise you I will try harder! ( In my defence I was a little distracted by our little Cavalier / cross dog who decided to paddle in the muddy water!
Take care of yourself and enjoy precious times with your family. Kath X
