About Me

  • Hello! Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. I have a passion for crochet and colour and love to share my creative journey. I hope you enjoy your peek into my colourful little world x

So pleased that you had such a wonderful time in Dorset. I know that area well and it’s beyond beautiful! Glad you feel rested and ready to “fight another day” Looking forward to seeing you in September!

Oh what a wonderful getaway you 4 had. I bet you missed your teen. I loved seeing all your sea photos and mountain hikes and the seaside cafes. What a wonderful place to call home. Maybe one day you'll return?
((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Hi Lucy. We were in West Bay in June for a holiday. We loved it. We went to the Hive too. Your blog and photos brought back memories xx

Mary

Lovely! Dorset is a beautiful place. Is the St. Catherine’s you went to just outside Abbotsbury?

Jacqueline Bugeja

Can you please tell me if you have a pattern and yarn pack for this blanket 😊🌸

So pleased you had a lovely holiday, the photos are great. But I am pleased your blog is back I have missed it. I really enjoy your posts they are always interesting and colourful.

Oh my goodness, that colourful blanket on the beach looks amazing. I've never made a granny square blanket before, but this has inspired me. This time next year, I shall have my very own colourwash blanket to take to the beach. It won't be in Dorset unfortunately, but somewhere closer, in my second home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Thanks for taking us along on your wonderful trip. Tell Little B that I loved his photo. I'd love it if you did a Fairground colour palette! How bright and fun that would be!!!!!!!!!!!!!
