Gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous! Another one to add to the ever expanding 'to do' list.

Love this blanket! I think it is energetic and vibrant but with a harmonious playfulness. Not a quiet mix of pastel colors like one would be tempted to assume. Anyway it looks smashingly faboulous....

I love this blanket, and I've already begun the journey. I had all of these colors in my stash, except the two newest, so I was able to begin. While my beginning chain wasn't too tight I seemed unable to get the 47" width, so I added 16 more stitches to make 198. I also decided to remove Raspberry, Violet, and Denim. For me, they seem to overpower the other softer colors and I'd decided I wanted the coloration to be softer. I'm also considering adding Sage since it's a green/blue color and looks well with Duck Egg. I'm almost finished with the Pale Rose rows, but I now need to wait for Vintage Peach and Mushroom to arrive. I love the way the shells are crocheting up, and yes, it is a very easy pattern to work. As always you've given us a wonderful blanket. Thanks!

This stitch pattern is awesome and I love these colours! I've ordered my yarn - so happy that they ship worldwide...and that I now have the anticipation of getting "royal mail" all the way to Canada!

Wow, as always I am amazed by your artistic talent!
I dearly love hydrangeas and your blanket inspired by them is a very special one! :-)

My past yarn packs have reached me very quickly here on the East Coast of the US. And its such a thrill when it arrives!!Thank you for your generosity in sharing your lovely patterns. Spectacularly inspiring.

Love the dried petal color wheel! And, the blanket, of course, is beautiful too. So interesting to follow your design process from start to finish.

Love it! So much that I ordered the yarn pack, thank you! I'm a knitter and haven't crocheted since I was a kid. I'm glad you included the note about the pattern being perfect for a beginner. Such a nice blend of soft and bright colors; very nicely done. Can't wait to begin!

I have been eagerly awaiting this reveal as the sight of these colors playing together in some of your photos in recent posts got me very excited!! This blanket is just as beautiful as I had hoped!! The texture looks gorgeous too & I will definitely be starting one as soon as my current blanket in progress is finished (must be good & finish that first!) Thank you so much for sharing your creative mind with us, reading about the whole design process was very interesting too. Will now look forward to your hydrangea wreath (those little flowers are so cute!) and go hook some more squares for dear daughters blanket... have a lovely weekend! Helen

Lenore

Have just ordered my wool and can't wait to start! My moorland blanket is beautiful and I am snuggled up in it now as it is getting a little chilly tonight. Thanks so much for your blogs, I am really a Yorkshire/ Nottingham lass but now live in Wiltshire. How about a Stonehenge blanket? My Mum was born in Brighouse so I can say that I'm part Yorkshire! Glad the sides will be neater on this blanket as mine were rather wonky at first.

Susan

Swoon! Beautiful as always, Lucy!

Jan Murphy

I am shocked that you have a grey sofa! Although it is a great backdrop for your creations 😊

Caroline

This looks lovely, I really want to make this blanket! Beautiful colours and the stitch looks so pretty. Need to order my yarn pack :)

Eunice

oh beautiful colors and beautiful blanket. many thanks for your time and effort...you are one of the gems of the internet! can't wait to start.

Laura

Having a real problem with where the double crochet stitch in the middle goes. Have had to go back to the beginning 3 times as just doesn't look right wherever I place it. In danger of giving up !
