I have only just dared to think about starting the blanket so are a tad behind x
Did lots of granny squares first to practice as I am complete beginner 😩
I fell for the colours you chose as I too love the dales and do lots of walking there x
I hope I can find the first instructions now and do a few rows without being traumatised!

Elizabeth Lynn

Hi Lucy! I just received my yarn pack from Wool Warehouse. So excited to get started on it!
Thank you for all your creative patterns. You have such a talent for color combos.

Hi Lucy - I am loving this CAL and although I am only up to week 2 I am crocheting along nicely. I have kept up with printing out the weekly updates, however, did I miss anything after week 6? I am keen to know about the border.
Thanks for your beautiful colourful creativity.

Vicki

Sorry, not knitting!!! meant crochet! Used to be a knitter... but YouTube and your instructions have transformed me!

Vicki

Hi Lucy, just want to say your eye for colour is amazing. I have just started this blanket and I love how you have merged the colours together you must have worked so hard at it... but it just looks amazing. I am knitting it for my mum who is very poorly, has hospital bed at home but it will remind her of all the walks she used to love doing when the heather was out. Thanks again, Vicki x

Marijke

Wow, what a beautiful photos of a beautiful scenery! And how nicely how all those colors processed in your handiwork! Beautiful!

Hi Lucy need your suggestion on a muddle I got in ? By accident I turned the blanket upside down and pulled out bottom rows how do I redo the chain and first row is it possible thanks izzy

Sharon

HI Lucy! Greetings from Ontario, Canada! Haven't been much of a hooker but your blog inspired me to put down my knitting needles and get hooking! Lol!! I am slowly moving along as I have found that slow and counting gets me to the end of the row without tearing back, I must say that I was pretty frustrated and almost ready to make my blanket with another pattern, however Row 22 finished and looking forward to the next wave!

Week 1 No. I won't. I have enough WIP's and UFO's...
Week 2 No. I shouldn't. I have enough WIP's and UFO's ..
Today. In the yarnshop. Does anyone have a spare backbone? Bought the yarn, starting this weekend.

Will be a late start on this. I was actually planning on keeping up this time. But, confusion with my credit card. CC company sent email that charge went through. Finally contacted Wool Warehouse, order was not sent because payment didn't go through. No wonder 3 weeks later no yarn. Just put order in again got WW receipt, now to see how long it takes, UK to Oregon. US. Hopefully with all of you soon. I look forward to seeing your progress.

I would love the pattern for the solid granny squares shown in these gorgeous colors. Can you please share?

Elaine Midgley

Hi Lucy,
Elaine from South Africa. Call me silly, but where on earth is the pattern? I'm ready and waiting with crotchet hook poised, but for the life of me, I can't find the pattern, Please help.
Thank You

Hi Lucy, I have searched your Moorland posts for you suggestions for chain counts for making this lovely blanket larger, I have been unsuccessful in finding these details, could you point me in the direction of where to find them?

Monica Blom-Schaap

Beautifull colours and I want to crochet, but I also can't the pattern. So please tell me where I can find it.

These are the perfect colours for me. I love them and have been looking for a new project. Your little squares and stripes have given me a little idea to do one of your autumnal wreathed as I go too. Thank you Lucy. Ordered my pack just now I already have some of the colours so I can begin when I find the link.
