About Me

  • Hello! Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. I have a passion for crochet and colour and love to share my creative journey. I hope you enjoy your peek into my colourful little world x

Dear Lucy,
I wish I could sit and crochet with you and have a cup of tea. We could "natter" too! :-)

Pom Pom

Yay for all this sharing of color and verve!

The flowers are gorgeous and I wish I could smell them through the screen, too! I have wanted to comment here for ages and say how much I love your crochet and very particularly your creativity in your colour choices. (I've just got myself the Stylecraft Special shade card as I crave some of those yarns now thanks to your posts). I'm now so happy, too, that you're working on writing up the pattern for the linen stitch border. :) Thank you.

Gorgeous flowers, and I love the frilly centre to those beautiful pale daffodils. The sock yarn is such a lovely colour, just like the sea as you say. I always get in a horrible mess with skeins, they drive me bananas. Nicely wound though. Wishing you a fantastic weekend. CJ xx

What wonderful flowers and I love daffodils as well. The smell is so glorious.

Love, love, love those leaves!! Can't wait to make some! And a ta-da...roll on Monday! :) Such a pretty post, Luce! Xxxx
