About Me

  • Hello! Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. I have a passion for crochet and colour and love to share my creative journey. I hope you enjoy your peek into my colourful little world x

Gorgeous, I've been obsessed with bees recently. We made a bee hotel last weekend so maybe this little guy could move in. Thanks!

Sweet little thing. I just love I would come to Yarndale. Maybe next year - i hope...

Thanks ever so much for sharing your bee pattern with us. It is a little gem. Wish I could go to Yarndale but I live across the pond so I will only dream of maybe going one day.

lovely as always =)
i'm almost embarrassed to be asking this, but what is this incredibly comfortable looking thing you are wearing in the 3rd picture and where can i get one for myself? (i'm such a sucker for comfy tops... ;) )

I was at a stitching group last night in Eureka Illinois USA and one of the ladies told us about your blog. I love it and added you to my reading list. The colors you work with are wonderful.

What an adorable little bee! If bees bring good luck I should have LOADS then, for my back yard is full of them! (honeybee apiary).lol I of course had to make a few in crochet as well, except they're attach to a mini crochet bee skep I made for them to sit upon. :D What a fabulous idea for Attic fans attending Yarndale! (Wish I could be there!)Love your Yarny Yarndale sign, the bee is the perfect finish to it. Have a crafty day!
