About Me

  • Hello! Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. I have a passion for crochet and colour and love to share my creative journey. I hope you enjoy your peek into my colourful little world x

Can't wait to see what you have in store for us tomorrow

Lisa

It must feel wonderful to go too bed on a Sunday and look forward to the Monday, you are blessed. I love your cinema, just how a cinema should be xx

Irene Porter

That candlestick is lovely, please post details of where it came from. Looking forward to new granny square, that's a very teasing photo of it (I assume).

We loved big hero 6 too, trying to teach my 8 yr old to knit has been challenging! Meant to do crochet practice too (normally a knitter and trying to get the hang of 1 hook again could do it as a child!) but no chance as yet, back to work tomorrow so hopefully a few moments fee in forthcoming evenings x

Hula Loop

Love half term holidays and already counting down the days until Easter by which time it should be feeling sunny and warm, well warmer anyway! Looking forward to your something colourful! Sarah :0)x

Angela

Actually even if it is not antique I still want one :)

Angela

Love that candle holder, is it antique? If so I will have to fly from New Zealand to England to hunt one down!

Nice to have an inspired holiday week.
Gives new energy for starting the routine school and working days.
Especially the time together is precious.
Time flies and it is good to make memories for the children.
Eight colours to go for ending the cottage blanket. So nice to think of what my new project will be.

Clare

Yay for colourful Mondays, looking forward to it. Looks like you made the most of half term

We saw Big Hero 6 recently too. Just loved Baymax, especially his little fist bumps 👊🌌. Jean
