Dear Lucy,
There is such a wealth of information and beautiful colours and designs to stimulate my imagination in your fantastic blog-site that I don't think I'll even bother to look at any others again! So there!

Love Mary. :-D

Yes, to a few sad minded characters we seem so, so "I Love Lucy" BUT your blog brings sunshine into my life that's for sure. I, too, look forward to each new entry.
I especially want to thank you for making acrylic yarn acceptable. When I came back to knitting and crochet a couple of years ago it seemed everyone was using posh natural fibres. Lovely for some projects but hats and cowls for teenagers, for instance, way too expensive for me and quite honestly, not necessary. So Thank You, I find the Stylecraft acrylics, in all weights, lovely to use. Wishing you and your loved ones a Very Happy New Year xxx

Lots of lovely colour.

Well all I can say is I am delighted you do still go on. Your blog is so beautiful and cheerful. I spend far to much time browsing through it!!
I love your projects, my family love the cozy blanket. My 9 year old has asked me to make one as a leaving present for her teacher this year!! Pretty amazing gift but she's been great so I agreed. Guess what..... your packs have sold out..... no surprise really. I'm delighted for you, what an amazing confirmation that your work and blog are loved by so many. I really hope you manage to make an income from all your hard work. And continue to make my life a bit more cheerful and enjoyable in the process.
Meantime I'll have to wait a wee bit longer for my next pack. Grateful thanks from morag in scotland x

Thank you for sharing your days with us, Lucy! The colours, the highlighting of simple pleasures, and the sheer positivity which shines out of your words are so uplifting - you brighten my days, and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it xxx

I haven't been following you for seven years so everything is new!! Keep going. I have been writing my blog less than a year and feel a little the same as you - I have a good life!

Dear Lucy
Carry on blogging and write as it flows from your heart and creative mind - without this I would miss out on the weakly inspiration. Wishing you a healthy and productive 2015.

I love your blog, Lucy! It is the high point of my day to see that you have shared more lovely pics of your home and hooky! Looking forward to another year!

All the best!

And to those of us who have followed your blog...well, you are such a delight! Honest, straight-forward, and authentic are words that come to mind. Thank you so much for sharing your world and particularly your crochet. We just bought a caravan (a RV in my world) recently and since I live by the sea, I thot I would do your seaside blanket for our caravan. Thx so much for your patterns and artistic talent...Hugs, MO

Beautiful pictures Lucy!

Love your year review, been following you for 18 months, and in that time I have gone from simple washcloth to complicated patterns thanks to your tutorial, and it is such a happy place to visit. There will always be a need for blogs like yours. Thank you!!!

Hi Lucy,
Happy New Year to you and wishes of blessings for you and family in 2015.

I've been following your blog for the past three years. I had stumbled upon your site, and bookedmarked it straight off! Because of you and your passion for colour, and especially crocheting, that made me take the plunge to give it a go. Following your tutorials, looking at the pics, plus also going on utiube, I've managed to crochet a granny blanket (your garden granny blanket) and start on a couple more, including a baby blanket too.

Just wanted to say that I love your blog, how you express yourself, the colour, enthusiasm, love your pics when you are out about too, just love, love, love it all. Please continue to do what you do, and let me continue to be a voyeur of all things crochet and English through you.

Blessings and laughs,
Liz, from Perth , Western Australia

I love your blog....looking forward to 2015!!!

Gosh, Tina, you are a sad person to be following Lucy simply in order to make these sour comments. I've followed Lucy's blog from the beginning, long before she had any commercial connections. If it makes you so upset, why not simply stop reading? Or does it make you feel that your life is inadequate - is it jealousy and envy that lie behind your bitter and twisted words? Lucy is one of several blogs that I follow and enjoy; if she can further her career, well, more power to her and mud in the eye to all those who have nothing but hate in their hearts and lives.
