I can't believe it's been a year since you started the studio! Also, I love the little flower heart. I need to check out your column!

Delirious

I love your flower heart wreath. I might just have to make one for myself.....

Lucy, you have an incredible spirit - don't ever change!

One of those moments was reading your post. Always puts a smile on my face.

Hi Lucy!
What a scrumptious, or as you would say, scrummy post!! Truly a delight!

Happy 1st Studio Anniversary!! It is such a beautiful, creative respite from the world and I am so, so grateful you share it with us!

I feel like you are such a kindred spirit in so many ways, especially your outlook on life! Always looking at the small thing, for they mean the most!

Hugs, love & blessings.
XooX,
Jeanette

Forgot to say.. Happy one year studio anniversary!!! My how time flies!

Loads of happy in your day! Some of the same in mine, I picked a HUGE bouquet of daffodils from my garden, and they've filled the house with such a lovely scent, and such a cheery color of sunshine, which is so nice after a very long grey winter. Love your flower heart, and the green and purple bower bird. The bunting ribbon is adorable! Look forward to seeing the red hyacinths! Happy rest of the week!

Jenny

Your Studio looks divine Lucy, so warm and welcoming. Congratulations for the 1st year! In Sydney, Australia we have a huge event called the Sydney Stitches and Craft Show (June'14). Sounds very much like Katja's event in Germany. Australia is such a vast space, the show travels to all the capital cities including Canberra. I think our most famous crocheters would be Jenny King and Judy Mapstone. Judie's 'crochet scrumbles' are incredible! She has a few books too. Jenny has a book on crocheted Australian flowers which is a rare treasure to have.

I looove your site soooo much! I so often sit down with a coffee, look and read at your site and enjoy it. It always gives me so many ideas and happy moments. Thank you for all your effort and hard work since I know that a site like this takes time and work to keep it updated. I hope you keep it going.
By the way, I live near Dortmund in Germany and every year Dortmund hosts Europes biggest market for creative hobbies and handcrafting. There are 8 halls with sellers from all over Europe, selling: wool, paper, fabrics, paint, beads, buttons, ribbons...everything you can imagine. It is huuuuuge! I go every year with my Mom, we speed through and just visit the stands we are interested in. Still takes all day.
I thought this would be really interesting for you and maybe you can come one day.
Here is the link: http://www.westfalenhallen.de/messen/creativa/en/index.php
It starts next week and I am exited! You can actually have a look at the list of sellers, to see what is offered.

Hi Lucy I'm not sure how else to contact you? I have a yarn store in Brisbane Australia and wanted to ask your permission to teach the lovely little bower birds that you have been workshopping yourself. Love what you do!
regards

Sue

I've just realised that it's a year ago since I read your blog post on your 5th blogiversary, and I was inspired to start a blog of my own. It's been a really enjoyable experience Lucy, thank you so much for the continuing inspiration. And Happy 6th blogiversary.

Sumona

Hi Lucy,
I love reading your blogs and am a big fan of your crochet works. I enjoy the colors in your blog!!! Hope you do not mind that I have added your blog in my blogroll.

Jen

What beautiful photos, Lucy. I too, really enjoyed the gorgeous blue skies. Those crochet goodies are just so yummy - I think I might have to make myself a cushion cover like that - it'd look so good with my little granny squares cushion and my blooming flower!

Roxie

You make me happy. Thank you for all the wonderful and encouraging inspirations. :)
P.S. See my avatar?? :)

maria kiteria

Cockney Blonde

Love the crochet heart, and of course all your other piccies. My neighbour showed me a crochet heart she's made, obviously from your pattern. Absolutely stunning in real life, x

ann clements

Emmy

Gorgeous post. Can't wait to see your new project!!

Winwick Mum

What a wonderful blue sky that is! We've had similar weather in Winwick today - it makes your heart soar to see the sunshine, doesn't it? Can't believe it's a year since you moved into your Studio - doesn't time fly?! xx

karen

I love your blog - all the colors just make me happy!

Adaliza

It's wonderful to see the signs of Spring - we went for a long walk with our collies today and it was my first day out without a warm coat on. The birds were flitting about in the woods, we saw a woodpecker and buzzards and the trees are full of early blossom - all bright and beautiful - like your cushions and poncho!
