Hi Lucy!
I have wanted to crochet a poncho since I taught myself to crochet 12 months ago. My first project was a big colorful granny throw.
Could you please blog on how you started your poncho and some basics for those of us who want to join along?
Thank you,
Melissa

Hi, Lucy!
I am always thrilled with your choice of colors on your wonderful projects that you share with us out here.
I am at the beginning of a Granny Stripe Afghan; how do you choose the series of colors that you do? I have collected my yarns and am poised with crochet hook in hand.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and the Happiest of New Years! pj stitches!

Finding time to relax at this time of year is wonderful! Despite the busy-ness, I found a couple of hours to experiment with your snowflake pattern and jazz up my Christmas jumper :)

Oh, I love Lucy's red coat! I HAVE recently pictured similar projects. Your inspiration could be confirmation that I need to make it so.

Lovely blog as always. I saw something in the Sunday Times Style magazine which reminded me of you. I have never seen you crochet lampshades , but perhaps it's a project that could capture your imagination. They are hanging pendant lights, called Dot light by melanieporter.co.uk. Check it out.

Hi, I am completely in love with your blog and i'm finding it such an inspiration in starting my own :) Plus i love that while it's so hot here every day (i live in Australia) i get to go on the internet everyday and look at beautiful pictures of chilly gorgeous England. I was curious as to what camera you use as all the colours in your photos are always so vivid.

Lovely colorful decorations! The shop window is gorgeous....I wish we had those types of shops here. Your crochet is looking like a poncho! Is it?

Oh my, I went into that shop after I came to visit you and it was MAD!!! Such a little shop and soooo many people in it! It was still lovely to visit it though. You've reminded me that I bought a couple of (very cut price) wreaths that I intended to customise. Better add them to the 'to do' list. Happy festive decorating.
