About Me

  • Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. I am just seeing this in the fall of 2014, the morning after our first frost in western Wisconsin. So appropriate..... and so beautiful. Great presentation of your process as well.

Thank you.

Lucy. I loved it last year and love it now. I made my own Christmas version of this last year but your colours, the amount of pieces you have added are outstanding. Love it and thank you for reminding us of it. I have just started to think about autumn and made these this week : http://eclectichomelife.blogspot.com/2014/09/crochted-fingerless-mittens.html

I made my own autumn wreath inspired by yours! Of course it's not as pretty, but I guess that's why you're a crochet blogger and I'm not ;) Thank you for all the lovely inspirational work! http://bunnysuitdriver.deviantart.com/art/Autumn-wreath-481644264?ga_submit_new=10%253A1410422620

I love it! I will be making one, simply gorgeous! Do you think fabric glue would be o.k.? In stead of sewing flowers on. I have used on my tea cosies, when I put flowers on the top of cosies

I adore this wreath. Can not wait to get started. Thank you!

Lucy. I have donated £2 as a thank u for the inspiration for an advent wreath. I suspect mine will be a mix of crochet and knitting as my crochet is still being perfected!! I love it and intend to link back to you when I do a blog post about it. Thank you

I would kill for this wreath as I love it so much. Being totally useless I could never make it but would buy one in a heartbeat. Please! Anyone!

Oh yeah! I agree with the idea that there is a coincidence.

Amazing! How do you find the time to do this with three young kids and everything else?! My human mum would love to be able to make stuff like this!
