I have recently learned to crochet and I love your patchwork blanket there! Do you have a tutorial for those squares? I would love to make one myself.

I love that I've finished my very own circle bag following your instructions to get me started. I am learning to spin and it was an excellent project to use up all the bumpy, lumpy first attempts. Just did the handles and little bit differently and added some beading to my flower decoration. thanks for the inspiration:)

BTW, your "curtain" will be adorable.

What a great idea to choose the palette of this beautiful heather moorland to create a blanket! I like crocheting the Lima yarn, but I was a bit scared to obtain a heavy blanket with, as you need to hand-wash it.

I love the way your blog is always so colourful, Lucy, and saved the reading of it til today when the weather was decidedly glum first thing, so I'd go in to my day smiling at all the happy colourfulness!

And I just LOVE your blog.

The children at school have been making me daisy chains and blossom buttonholes at lunchtime, but so far they haven't poked anything into my shoes. I'm sure it's only a matter of time!

Lovely post. Just lovely. PS How are your house plans coming along? I have been horribly out of touch.

Rachel

Lovely photos, with lots of beautiful colours. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Lucy - thank you for sharing all the beautiful things you make - you have such a strong eye for colour. Any chance you could give us your list of Drops Paris colours that you have lined up on your next?

Arrrgh!! Why did you tell me that yarn bag is almost 5 years old??!!!! I remember making it when you put the pattern up - but I couldn't be bothered doing the handles!! So mine's a bowl!!!! I can't believe that! 5 years???!!!

Taylor
