Many Many thanks Lucy, for the kind tuto...
I run searching my cotton... (but where is it???????)

Hi Lucy,
This is the first time I've commented on your blog and just wanted to say how inspirational and lovely your site is! Its always nice to see what colourful things you are up to. Funnily enough I've also been making crochet roses, but from a pattern from Mollie Makes magazine to send as flower brooch cards to my friends. I'm definately going to try your roses too thanks to your great tutorial!
Looking forward to your next hooky project!

This is perfect project.I'm planning to do some crochet activity with my friends and I think this will be a good pattern.

I love your simple pattern ethos...know exacly what you mean about pattern headaches!...also love the new leaves :~)..Thanks for your pattern and tutorial makings..

You are so generous with your skill and time, congratulations to you for being so amazing. A true inspiration.

Had a bash and they've come out beautifully. Now I have so many ideas of what I'd like to do with them and not enough hours in the day to do them! lol. Your blog has really helped me to develop my Crochet skills - thank you so much!!!

I took my little man to a play area yesterday. I caught up on your blog on my iphone, rescued my ball of wool and hook from my bag and made three whilst drinking coffee and watching him run riot! (thats why women are amazing at multi tasking).... Thank you so much for your generosity in all your tutorials. jj xx

These are faboo! I will be making a bunch of these asap. Thank you for sharing your lovely pattern with us. :)

I had such fun exploring your posts yesterday. I even had a chance to recommend you to a friend who was going to crochet some flowers. I also gave you thanks on my blog ;-)

Gorgeous roses - Thanks for sharing. Maggie xx

Little Blue Elephant

Lovely roses and an easy to follow tutorial. Thank you :-)

Yay!!! I have been looking for a simple rose pattern and not able to find one that did not give me a headache and I love the new leaf pattern! Thanks so much. Spring is over and done here in Florida and it totally HOT. I wish I could exchange you some sunshine for some rain…110 inches behind in rainfall so far this year. Keep up the Hooky good work and thanks for the patterns!

So pretty

Oh Lucy! They are so pretty! Thank you so much for the tutorial! I love them!

This is so beautiful - as always you make the sweetest things!

Those little flowers have a very satisfying shape.

Lucy- those little roses are just so perfect in their simplicity-I did do a google search some time ago and like you got very frustrated with stuff that was too much of something! I designed my own, but must say yours are MUCH nicer! thank you, thank you! Love and Prayers as always!

Oh lovely !! Thank you so much for the pattern !!

Nikki Relffe-Arnold

Lucy you are brilliant! It never ceases to amaze me where you find the time to do this type of thing, nit to mention your patience in trying loads of different ways to make it simpler for us all! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I can feel a rosy blanket for my bed coming on! :-)

Very pretty, thank you for the pattern. I already just *know* it's going to be way better and more straightforward than Mollie Makes version with the typo in the -already complicated-pattern!!!!!

LOVE Gerbera daisies. I had them in my wedding four years ago and they are still, by far, my favorite.

Brenda B.

What adorable roses! Can't wait for your pattern. Most patterns seem too difficult for me. Thanks for taking the time to write it up for all of us!!

So beautiful and counlessbthings these could be used for. Your creative juices are certainly active in your little window of opportunity time.
