Oh, Lucy! Your pics are extremely lovely! So glad to know another soul who appreciates all the same sorts of beautiful, simple things that I do! We'd make great penpals!...or email pals! I am watching our weeping cherry prepare to bloom, and our dogwood tree is waiting for a bit more warmth to open its white blossoms, just in time for Holy Week. Blessings to you.

Lucy, I have been viewing your blog for a bit now; stumbled upon it quite accidentily and I'm glad I did. You bring such joy and colour to the simplicities of everyday life. I, too, wonder if there is a pattern for the blanky with Little B's hand on top. I would love to make this one.

I love seeing Little B's chubby little hand - it takes me back to when my baby boy (now 14) was that age - their little hands lose that plumpy softness as they get older but it just reminded me of his little hand in mine - thanks!!

What a beautiful spring day. It's turning green here, too but this is a month early. Strange, but I'll enjoy it. We may have a snowstorm yet. Just finished a lovely crochet bag. I'm so glad I found your blog. It's motivated me to get moving on that stash of mine.

I went out and bought a windmill after reading your blog. Not like yours, unfortunately, I couldn't find one but a big purple flower with a butterfly keeping it on the stick.
