Very beautiful Lucy. How I would love to revisit your beautiful country.
I just finished reading Pride and Prejudice, (I put it down 15 mins. ago)
This makes me want to visit even more.

Now, I must convince my husband that we need to take a well deserved vacation to The UK.

Have a great week. :)

Karin

Oh- fantastic photographs, Lucy! Such beautiful countryside you live in. I am envious of the gorgeous dry-stacked walls- they are so lovely. Glad you could enjoy such a glorious 46 min.

wow, I agree with the person who loves your cute boots! And the photos are gorgeous too - so different to our late summer warmth here in Australia :-)

Beautiful pictures. It looks pretty much the same here today with gorgeous blue skies but the boats are out & it isn't cold.

These photo's are lovely, great light. What a day it's been for getting out in the sunshine and fresh air! Looks like you all had a brilliant time. I spent the day in a muddy field watching a ploughing competion. Very sunny, cold wind, but great, blew all those cobwebs away!

Beautiful photos! Good family times :) Maggie xx

stunning photographs which draw you into the scene. I can feel the chill, the sun on my cold nose, smell the air and see my breath on the wind.

Thanks for sharing your Sunday walk with us - this type of scenery is still a few months away and a few feet under snow here in Canada. ;-)

Delirious

What a charming little bridge!

I definitely need to invest in some cute rain boots like you all have!

A lovely post. I do so enjoy looking back on events and outings and such, comparing season by season, year by year.

We had out first sunny day for about three weeks today which was lovely and we were outside enjoying it, even though it was damn cold!

The photo with the bridge and the drystone wall is just beautiful. I was at the National Stone Centre (a favourite nearby place) earlier admiring dry stone wall displays from each county

What beautiful pictures - looks like it was a good outing! The clear skies have been very inviting and we went out for a long walk today to enjoy them.
