Such a cosy, stay-home Sunday.
A string of quiet, gentle, mindful activities.
Kitchen time and sofa time and Attic time.
Me time and Mummy time and Family time.
Full of everything and nothing-much.
♥
Edit to add :: I'm called Attic24 on Pinterest. I'm just beginning with it so my boards are only in baby stages. But Oh.My.Goodness. What fun!
Another Edit :: The banana bread is fantastic, it's a Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall recipe and can be found here. And I bought my gorgeous owl cushion from a local shop, but you can find them at Sass and Belle (prepare for The Major Wanties to hit. Be warned!)
Sounds like a wonderful Sunday full of the important things in life. I am jealous of the spring-like daffodils, though. Here in Ottawa, Canada, it is a very cold Monday, -22 C with a windchill making it feel like -30 C. But the Rideau Canal just opened for the skating season yesterday! ;-)

Ah, great pics.
I have that cushion but in red. I got it from BHS about a year ago.

Aww hope the little chap improves, we've all been poorly at Rotten Towers too. I've tatted very similar to your garland, but a crochet version I think would be more versatile - lovely!

Resistance was futile. I did end up checking out pinterest. I still haven't quite figured out how it works though....

Ahh what a lovely day of gentle activity! I'm having one myself today, my ripple awaits with a cup of coffee... only I've just realised that I've been joyfully rippling away without weaving in one single yarn end! What was it that I promised myself after finishing my granny stripe? Weaving the ends in Right Away? Ah well... ;-) xxxx

It looks lovely. These frosty days are so beautiful aren't they. I hope your little B is feeling less under the weather soon.
Must be something about our boys, when your little man was sick before Christmas, my babykins had a nasty bug and now he seems to be having major tummy troubles.
Bring on the spring, warmer weather and fewer sick days.
I daren't even look on Pinterest, I spend far too much time online as it is.

We have that owl, it's in my little girl's bed. Gorgeous!!
I'm totally addicted to Pinterest. There is some fantastic crochet and crafts on there. If you like owls there is some amazing crocheted owl bunting on there (although the pattern might be on Rav) that one day when I have the time I will make!
Going to find you on Pinterest too!

Fresh daffodils - could anything be more refreshing on cold wintery days? And Ooooh! Is that edging I see? Perhaps? I think Mr. Hoot Owl is rather fabulous, and now that I've seen what you have been up to in the kitchen I think I'm a bit peckish again... :)
Hope the little guy feels better soon!

I love days like you describe. I spent Saturday quilting and my Rose quilt is over at Pinterest - fun isn't it - I started a few months ago. Enjoy the week - only 4 till half term!

Pinterest is the absolute mind-boggling most addictive site ever. The bug bit me several months ago and be warned, once bitten you become enchanted, so much so that you can spend hours looking and pinning and swear it was just a few minutes. Life will never be the same once it gets hold of ya.
