About Me

  • Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. I have a passion for crochet and colour and love to share my creative journey. I hope you enjoy your peek into my colourful little world x

I check Attic 24 whenever I'm online and am so disappointed if there's no post. But of course very happy when there is, and it's always worth waiting for. You are such an inspiration Lucy. XX

Even foggier here today:no sign of the valley below us let alone the other side of it.Proper November weather, no rain, but so wet out there everything is dripping. All colourful inspiration gratefully accepted!

That looks like my kind of day...dull and dreary outside, but warm and cozy inside! Such lovely and cheerful colors you use on everything you crochet! This tutorial will be worth the wait! Thanks so much for sharing all you do :)

Lucy, You are great. I love people like you. I am going to use the pretty trim on a hook holder I made. I will post pictures when done. Here I am all the way in Iowa, and your influence is even here. You should write a book and when your children are old enough you could do a book tour and see how your influence has reached the world over.

That is soooooo nice of you Lucy!
Looking forward to crochet a beautiful christmas trimmer, love love love the idea.

Best regards from Belgium
