I was hoping to write up a little review of our last holiday in Connievan which was at the beginning of June, but time has run away from me. I uploaded the pics a long while ago but haven't found time to sit peacefully and write about it. It was a super-duper holiday with some very fond memories now attached to it. I'll share it with you soon. That's one of the things I absolutley love about blogging, the fact that I can use it as a Family Diary to preserve our memories. But it's no good if important chapters are missing. Remind me not to forget, won't you?
We are off again in Connievan, leaving today for a week in York. We are repeating what we did last year, although we're staying at a different camp site this year. I'm about to commence our very slap-dash preps for a week away in the 'van, ie slinging a heap of clean clothes into a big bag. Magazines and hooky for Me, books and the laptop for Him. Scooters and DS Lite's for the Little People, toys with buttons and silly noises for Little B. All sorted.
Looking forward to spending time with great friends in a familiar and vibrant city (I shall be shopping I think!). See you when we get back xxxxxxxxxxxx
ps while I've been sat writing this, Little B has emptied out the fridge onto the kitchen floor and helped himself to a feast of strawberries and cheese slices. Man, that child. Deep breaths.
Merhaba.
Fotoğraflar ve blog çok güzel.

Hope your trip is going well! :) I am new to your blog. I love it! Am just rekindling my crochet skills (such as they are). I adore your work! Would LOVE for you to spend some time teaching/writing about how you change colors. Still struggling with that--ugh. Thank you so much!!

Oh Lucy i love your little garden photo on the previous blog post, we used to have a pretty little courtyard garden with lavender and roses and spring flowers and our two rabbits bouncing around it free range. Now we have a huge garden which was so bland when we moved in last year. Your garden is very inspiring!

Your new profile photo looks GREAT! How do you keep getting younger, better, and thinner looking as time passes?

I just adore your blog!!! On days when the sky just isn't quite blue enough, I run to your blog. There is just something about it that cheers me to the core, and I love every single minute spent with you at Attic 24. Thank you so much for the invite into glimpses of your day.

I have not been able to read your blog in such a long time. My children have been home on summer vacation (vacation for WHOM may I ask?) and my computer has been fussy. So I need to make a few comments. First off, your pictures are so cheerful and they just make my day and give me motivation. Your new profile picture is great and I LOVE your hair. It looks amazing. Normally new moms (you aren't a "NEW" mom but a mom to a new baby you know what I mean) cut it in a bob and look like a mom that has cut her hair for ease. You look SLEEK and all stylish and beautiful and professional. Your blankets remind me over and over again when I go to my go to pattern of granny squares that they are very cool and not what my Gramma made. At least not your way! Aaaaand as for B... You will laugh and you know it. I have a 2 year old that I watch and she is a genius. MY youngest is 8 so I think I am sort of out of practice...but this 2 year old is like nothing I have ever seen. Genius at this age is a dangerous thing. She flusters me and frustrates me but at the end of the day I laugh my tush off at her antics. After she is gone. And they have been picked up that is. Thank you again for making my day.

Have a great trip Lucy! Have you seen gypsybazaar.blogspot.com? She made a handbag that is very similar to your flower cushion! I think you'll love it! It was in her February archives. She really has the most gorgeous blog and very colourful like yours! xxxx
