About Me

  • Hello! Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. I have a passion for crochet and colour and love to share my creative journey. I hope you enjoy your peek into my colourful little world x

Stunning! I LOVE your flower scarf - you did an amazing job!

Jenny

Stunning! The finished piece is so beautiful! You look great wearing it too! Love all your photos.

It looks A-mazing (with a definite accent on the A). It was really interesting seeing the before and after shots of blocking it out. I have though about doing this, but at the moment, living in a very small house, which I share not only with dh and three kinder, but also multiple, exhuberant, indoor catties. The chance of pinning something like this down, wetting it, and having it stay in place for 24 hours would be a definite challenge. Not something I can see happening anytime soon, unfortunately.

Darn it! I thought I would end up being your first comment! What a beautiful scarf. You really make me want to do more crochet but I just can't stop with the knitting bug!!!!

Wow how lovely! I knit on the odd occasion ... currently one sleeve of a small boy's jumper and having been muttering about learning to crotchet for ages. All I can say is you have inspired me (when the jumper is done!).
