About Me

  • Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. I have a passion for crochet and colour and love to share my creative journey. I hope you enjoy your peek into my colourful little world x

A big hello from Montevideo, Uruguay.

sooooo nice seeing a comment from you today sweet Lucy :) I am completely in love with your blog and with you, (and i don't mean that in a scary, stalker-ishy kind of way, just a 'happy i found you - cus you make me smile' -ishy kind of way !

hope you are enjoying your Thursday (or is it Friday there already??).

take care friend,

So happy to hear you are well! I've missed seeing your cheery posts but certainly understand how the Little B can take up bloggy time :) Can't wait to hear what your Big Purchase is!! Sending you lots of well wishes from across the pond :)

WHEW! After you were missing for 2 weeks I was seriously worried something was amiss. I'm glad you're all ok! I am looking forward to seeing your new projects and to hear what your "New Purchase" is. I'd read mention that you got a "caravan". I knew what they were from my friend that visited from Australia and that's when I learned that a caravan is what we call in America a trailer. But if you got a castle, that would be good too. I hope you don't disappear for so long without an explanation again.

i love your blog, its so bright and beautiful and its always a treat to hear your news. You remind me of Nigella the domestic goddess - not sure if she crochets though - i think you should write a little book to accompany your lovely blog. Have bright and sunny week :)

Lovely post & lovely pics. Thanks for keeping us up to date with a glimpse into your lovely life xx

Can't wait to see new projects and new purchase. Sorry to hear about the nasty germs lurking at Attic24. :)

Glad to hear that everything is good in your world. I had been checking in on you every morning and was wondering where you had gone. I too have three little people that I tend to and I agree the hours are really long, but the pay is great!!! I'll take jelly stained kisses and crayon drawings as payment any day. Hope your day is a great one!

I love a mystery! Can't wait to see your new purchase. I'm glad to see you back, I've been checking in daily, waiting to hear from you. Hope Little Man is better soon.
