You inspire me to pick up fabric and thread and begin creating something beautiful, useful, and above all unique..I like to take bits and pieces of projects I see and challenge myself to make them different, fresh and then give them away and start all over again..The process not the outcome is what gives me the most enjoyment..Thank you Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds..

Hi :)
I just found your blog and I'm in serious envy and love. You have so much colour in your life - it's amazing!
I'm trying to find someone to teach me to crochet and this site is giving me even more motivation.
Have you thought about turning your 2009 year in review photo's into a calendar. They're amazing!
Thanks for sharing a glimpse of your life! Love it!

I just found your blog via Ravelry via the Western Canada Oddball Baby Blanket Society group. We're doing a crochet ripple as one of our projects with your pattern.
Can I just say, I want to be you! I love all of the colours you've highlighted. I plan to bookmark your site and read, read, read when I get some spare moments!
Congratulations on your new little bundle. They sure do turn life upside down, don't they?
Cheers!

The picture of the hexagon is missing... to bad. It was my inspiration of 2009...

You should create a calendar with all these beautiful pictures. You really should. All you blogging fans would buy it.
You live in such a beautiful part of the world (where I live we don't see the seasons change like you do) and you take amazing photos. Is there no publishing house that has thought of this? :-)

Dear Lucy
Thanks You very much for Your Lovely words xxx
I know You are a very busy lady these days and so feel extra honoured by your visit. You are a Sweetie.
I hope You are OK? Having a new darling baby boy is a beautiful and happy thing, but giving birth is so exhausting. Do take good care of your sweet self as well as your precious bundle. Rest as much as You can dear one xx

Dear Lucy been busy this morning covering an empty tomato tin in crochet and adding some flowers and a little shell edging at the top. Using it to keep pencils and pens in on kitchen shelf. On way back from
assignment this afternoon passed the heart foundation shop with display of hearts in
window. I thought it isn't February yet!
Still it will give me some time to make some crochet hearts. Hope all is going well for you as you get to know your
teeny tiny man. Look forward to your next posting. Need to get up into my attic(cold one) to find bits for an interesting project I have in mind.
SR's catalogue arrived this morning.
Colourful flower and veg plans!
Take care,
Love sarah west mids.

Colourful and gorgeous as always Lucy. I've not been able to get onto blogland since last year and so much has happened. I spied a very sweet little hand and saw how busy you have been. Well done you - hope you are snuggling all your clan and feeling very content as you thoroughly deserve to do.
Congratulations again dear Lucy.

Beautiful, as always Lucy! A little concerned by the title, until I read the addendum!
You have a ready made market should you decide to put out a calendar!
Congrats on the Wee Man (if I haven't already, brain like a sieve at the mo due to Sock Wars!!) hope you are enjoying lots of squishy cuddles.
