The Garden Bell - Kate

Sooooooo, in love with this post today. My brain is dancing a jug of joy right now. Color is my favorite thing to look at today as it's mighty dark, grey and cold here in the midwest. Another snow storm on the way. Hope to capture some flakes... but them I'm probably the biggest flake in this neck of the woods.

I sure hope we can see more of these flowers coming throughout the New Year. You are such a wonderful muse to have when I start my day.

That was the most wonderful way to start off my day! Thanks for getting me started with a smile!

Gorgeous, Lucy!
It really made my day! I sat and just smiled when I looked at all Your flowers.
Thanks!!
Love from Anna, who's having a really cold winters day here in Sweden

So very beautiful - all those pinks and reds in all their variations. Just gorgeous. My favourites are roses and tulips if I had to choose; fortunately I don't and can enjoy them all! Some of them I am particularly drawn to but don't know their names, (I am somewhat horticulturally challenged - anything that grows is welcome in my garden; they have a better chance if I leave well alone). There is some amazing photography going on there too!

Lucy, You never disappoint me with your blog, your spirit and your love of living.(with color of course!) Here in Vermont it is so cold I am getting ready to get projects done in the new year. Still recovering from xmas and all my laundry and gift putting away! YOU have been a joy in my life this past year! Thank you, Robbie xoxo ps. hope you are feeling well! : )

Sandy

Thanks for the posy parade! What a way to start my morning. I live on 2 acres in the country and I've told my husband he won't need to cut the grass this year - I'm thinking of turning the whole yard into one great big flower garden!! I told him he could thank Lucy. Have a wonderful day.

Just beautiful! Looking at the Sweet Williams I'm imagining the scent, one of my favourites in the floral world. I wish I had a local 'flower man' where I could get little bunches of seasonal beauty like you do.

You are a girl after my own heart with all those flowers ! I too usually wait for january to buy spring flowers but this year i had a gift of some tiny daffodils before christmas and they looked just fine on the kitchen windowsill with a background of snow.
All best wishes for the new year to you and yours.

I ve been following your lovely blog for about 6 months now and i just want to say its so homely and inspiring. As a mum myself with similar passions as you i really feel inspired now to start my own blog. That will be my challenge for the new year!!!!! ha I too get excited about simple everyday things and sometimes do feel that i am a little bonkers!!!But now after reading many blogs I know I am amongst friends!!!!Keep up the good work and looking forward to reading many more of your great pictures and inspirations!!!!
