Hello!

About Me

  • Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. I have a passion for crochet and colour and love to share my creative journey. I hope you enjoy your peek into my colourful little world x

Love-ing your letters! The papers and the embellishments are just perfect. I really love your idea for 'improving' your lampshde:-))what an ideal solution!

Also, a llittle question for you - could you tell me who the big picture is by on the wall in your room above the radiator? Such a lovely colourful picture - love it! And it looks familiar.... maybe I'm just remembering it from an earlier post!!

Lynne

Oh Luce, that looks fabulous! What a good idea to use the beads and flowers to embellish. Well done!

You just amaze me at how very beautifully crafty you are! I love your LOVE letters, and that your Little Man knew just the right spot for them. You have taught him well! He has a good eye.
I cannot wait to see how you change your shade into a gorgeous work of art! I may have to try this for myself someday!

Maggie

yep, love it. I wasn't sure about the whole decopatch thing but I think you've sold me. Can't wait to see your light shade done.

Oh, I just went ooooh and aaaah here at home and you made me remember I used to make decoupage with ripped pieces of glossy magasines. So I put them up on my blog. If u wanna have a look theres one box I think is your colours...
Thank you for making me remember. That's just what I need for christmas crafts!
