About Me

  • Hello! Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. I have a passion for crochet and colour and love to share my creative journey. I hope you enjoy your peek into my colourful little world x

It's Fab! I think you should become an interior Lucy - I'll be your first commission!

For her to draw herself holding the baby must have been the most wonderful, heart-warming things for you to see! All we be wonderful Lucy! :)

Pom Pom

VERY sweet!
My daughter drew her best man ever after my sister gave her "lipstick" and somehow she pirated it into her room at nap time. I wasn't happy to clean lipstick off the freshly painted wall, but I was thrilled that she drew such a fantastic man! Your sweet little puss drawing herself with the baby = priceless!

Lucy ~ How lovely. It's a truly wonderful drawing ~ your little girl obviously gets her very artistic talent from her equally talented Mummy. That is definitely a picture to keep and treasure forever. If you are anything like me you will already have a whole lot more of these wonderful drawings stored away somewhere safe :O)

pixie

Jessie

How sweet that she is holding the baby. What a loving little girl you have! Just more proof that you are a wonderful mommy!

Katrina

Your daughter's picture is so precious! What a great big sister she'll be. That must make you feel great.

Every once in a while, the clutter mountain overtakes me as well. I'm so enjoying your blog - and I'm very happy to hear that the circle scarf tutorial is coming soon!

Patrice

Hello Lucy
Those drawings are very precious aren't they. I love finding one that I haven't seen before as you have. They all go in a souvenir box. As Phoebe loves drawing, the loft is fuller with souvenir boxes...It is a good sign that your daughter has drawn herself holding the baby!
I look forward to seeing the bathroom makeover photos.
