  • Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. Love, love, love your "beech treasores"!

You were right, your Northumberland beaches are amazing.
I didn't get enough of our Norfolk ones, and am going back at the end of the month for some more!
That starfish looks like a little crochet inspiration to me x

I do not know what to say.....The pictures are heart-wrenchingly beautiful. It is so gorgeous there! I love the sea glass and the bits of pottery. I could imagine myself combing the beaches for these pieces. I live near Lake Michigan in the US, but I have never found any treasures as neat as yours. Looks like a picture perfect vacation. Thank you so much for sharing. I am really touched by the beautiful photos.

That's the glory of Northumberland beaches, solitude - none of the crowds that head down to Cornwall and the rest of the south

BEAUTIFUL!!! THe sea glass and pottery simply amazes me- I had never heard of any of it until I started reading your blog. I dont know that you would EVER find that here in the US!! Looking forward to tomorrow!
