I'm sorry that I don't seem capable of being very wordy or coherent at the moment, but I can always do pictures. Yes, pictures do seem to happen more easily than sentences on days when the Tangle is bad.
Here are some simple snapshots from today, the little Bits-of-my-Day that have given me pleasure......
:: the early morning sky bits ::
:: the walking-to-school bits ::
:: the itty-bitty wooly bits ::
:: the creative hooky bits :::: the decorative baking bits :: :: the inspirational booky bits :::: the stripy snuggly bits ::
Here's hoping you've enjoyed some happy, colourful little Bits of your Day too.
Happy Friday to you, see you next week....

I am a bit of a market junkie, and I was delighted to see the photos of your market on this posting. I also go to my local farmers markets every day, as I love picking up produce from my local growers, and I struggle to resist picking up a few treats for my family.
I am enjoying working through your postings, it is my daily dose of joy and colour!!

Your world is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing it, even when it's a bit muddly.

Love all that you share with us....it makes me sad when you are down in the dumps. We all get that way, but I don't want you to feel that way. Sit with your feelings and then be filled with gratitude for your life and all who love you. We do too! NorwichRobin new to Vermont

Beautiful views I wish I had a view like that from my window. Blanket for the baby turned out wonderful. I read on previous entrie that you use woolen jumpers for backing crochet cushions I have made a bed spread for my daughter's single bed and had some granny squares left over so I thought I make a cushion but what abou the back? so today went to the local OP shop and 2 woolen jumpers in the perfect colours were waiting for me a a total of $2 what a bargain. I will just wait for your tutorial to finish it off. Thanks for a very wonderful blog.

Lucy, these pictures are beautiful, as always! I especially love the canal, so bright and colorful and the market. So not like anything nearby me...we have plenty of red dirt and scrub lol. The crocheted flower is divine, love the colours. Hope you untangle a little soon, Jess

I love the bits of your day! I am so happy to have stumbled into your part of the world -- the colors simply fill me with joy :) I was wondering if you could steer me toward a pattern for your flower scarf - I know a very special someone I would love making it for. I have looked through lots of your blog pages for the pattern, but am just tantalized by the beautiful pictures!
