...tidying up the aftermath of yesterday's Birthday celebrations...
...marveling at how time can sometimes seem so slow, and yet so warp-speedy too...FIVE years old! How did that happen then??
...enjoying the excitement that a much-longed-for present can bring (pink Nintendo DS Lite)...
...thinking how wonderful it is that the old fashioned toys can still delight as much as the high-tech ones (beautiful china tea set, a present from my Mum, and cause of much squealing)...
...wishing that dark chocolate contained zero calories...
...loving that all the party rings didn't get scoffed yesterday, and I can enjoy one with my afternoon cuppa...
...catching the morning sun streaming across the table and lighting my crochet...
...smelling the scent of these gorgeous pinky-lilac hyacinths every time i walk into the room...
...hooking squares for my summer garden blanket and loving it all over again...
...feeling very touched at receiving a little surprise gift from a fellow knit-and-natterer...
...laughing at this image seen in "Lets Knit" magazine, and discovering the crazy antics of "Guerilla Knittas"...
...mmmmmm-ing my colourful *fresh* salad lunch...
...looking forward to strolling in the delightful pages of the summer issue magainzes...
Here's hoping that you too are loving, laughing, enjoying, thinking, catching, smelling, marveling, hooking, feeling, looking and mmmmmmm-ing with joy and abandon today......have fun!

Happy fifth Birthday to Little Lady.
Your colourful fresh salad lunch seem to be a plate of Mediterranean food. Silvia

Lucy:
Happy Birthday to Little Lady! I love the tea set your mum gave her.
I couldn´t write before but the pictures of your vacations were wonderful.
Why don´t you make a pink and white crochet blanket to the Little Lady? I´m making a quilt for a niece, and I´m using pink, white and a bit of green and her mother (one of my sisters) loves it. Maybe you could be inspired by Pottery Barn Kids
Have a wonderful day!

Such a lovely present - the tea set in its own picnic basket - wouldn't you just love to have that crockery in full size?

Looks like it was a wonderful party. I love the party ring biscuits - must look out for them the next time in the shops & maybe some iced gems!

Love that tea set in its little hamper, I'd be squealing too if I got one for my birthday.
Nice that you seem happier today perhaps all that fresh air and exercise is already doing its stuff.

What a treat - another post just as I was about to start a granny square blanket from your excellent instructions. Happy Birthday to Little Lady and grateful thanks to you as always for brightening up my day.
