  • Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. I love making risotto too. I find it quite relaxing, the stirring and adding bit by bit. Yours looks fabulous.

Errr hello, that looks extremely delicious!

Risotto is one of my favourites too, oh and kedgeree! Do you like a kedgeree? Bit like risotto in my opinion! You can't beat a good bit of smoked fish, egg and rice!

That sounds so good, we won't have butternut squash ready in the garden until the end of September. I am going to add a link to your blog on my blog, so I can make this recipe next week, as long as we have butternut squash in the grocery store.

We normally roast our butternut squash with other veggies in the oven, they are yummy that way as well.
