I keep on going back and looking at this ripple blanket, it's so beautiful......... the colours have just the right amount of zinginess.......... and they make me feel happy!

Hi Lucy, Thank you for your kind comments left on my blog, and yes, I am back! Ok; 12.5 pages of your book club novel read -I suggest you log on to Amazon, read up on some reviews and then just bluff your way though at your book club night ;o) -
3.5 too many glasses of wine (there is never such as thing as too much wine (oh, unless you are on holiday in Portugal with 3 children....refer to today's News/Daily Mail!!!!)
3 chaotic supermarket trips (I sometimes feel all we need to do is pay salary direct to Tesco!!) 1 visit to the garden centre (very jealous, my boys won't let me even contemplate a trip!)
1 street party (I hope you didn't embarass yourself!)
3 loads of laundry (oh, I know that feeling so, so well!) 1 film watched (Alvin and the Chipmunks - haven't seen that one.... yet!)
2 log fires lit (lucky you)1 leisurely soak in the bath Bliss, what a super weekend. Kathyx

How did you manage to fit it all in, especially 25.5 cups of tea! I'm suprised you didn't spend more time in the bathroom! Fi x

I love the hooked heart design and the choice of colours. I also think your ripple blanket is wonderful. My weekend went by in a flash and I can hardly remember what I did!

Sounds pretty much like our weekend, except for the street party!
I managed to cause World War 3 between my two by making a lego house (my usual!) which they then scrapped over for an eternity.
I also managed to get from page 37 to page 275 of my book group book thanks to an extra long lie in on Monday!
Julia x
