About Me

  • Hello! Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. I have a passion for crochet and colour and love to share my creative journey. I hope you enjoy your peek into my colourful little world x

It was warm here in Northern Ireland today too but this evening I also had a snuggle under my stripes

I love your blog!! Sylvia from Argentina. xx

What a lovely post & you keep spoiling me with the snaps from around Bolton Abbey & as for plant names, for some unbeknownst reason I remember the latin names & for someone who left school at 15 it is a tad weird. Your rug is looking lovely & your kitty reminds me of one of DD's with her colouring. I miss not having pets. I look forward to your "Summer Moments" posts & wish I could get out of my winter blues at the moment, though I did actually blog yesterday & have at least 2 more I do at the end of each month with friends, so all is well really. Have a great week & take care.

It's been wet here too in Winchester this afternoon. I've just ordered the wool for the coastal for big son to take to uni. I'm snuggled under a blanket at the moment....not very summery here today!

The weather over here in Blackpool has been sunny for most of today, although therein has set in now. Still, it saves me watering the garden, and the dogs in my garden pond are enjoying it! :) Can't wait to see the joined up blanket, the colours are glorious xxx

loving your kitty pictures. She looks like a cat we used to have, miss her :) but have 2 more now so our house is a home again, also filling it with colour, thanks for all the inspiration. Won't be making this one but looking forward to another that is all in one piece x Enjoy the summer hope the weather improves for us.
