I like the arrangement. Very cost effective ideas.

Hello Lucy - I love your flowers, they are so natural! I grow sweetpeas every year, sometimes from seed or if I haven't much time I buy young plants. They smell so gorgeous and are such wonderful colours - makes me think they could be a great inspiration for a colour combo! I have just started making harmony squares in my own colour scheme for our bed (need to do more than 9 stripes!) and I want to say that Iam in love with these lovely little squares - each one is a joy and they can be made so quickly and are portable too - thank you xxx

Lucy- wanted to let you know I shopped your bundles of yarn 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I had the most wonderful surprise in my mail box. 1st...shipping only took 1.5 weeks from UK to Kansas, USA!. Awesome.
2nd - this "superior" acrylic yarn is MILES & KILOMETERS better than our US produced acrylic. Ours is itchy trash compared to Stylecraft product.
3rd - yarn is better quality & CHEAPER!! We pay WAY more for junk. Even with the exchange rate, I paid more than 50% LESS per skein than the average US big box store (hobby lobby, michaels, joanns - you all are history) and shipping was only 5.95 pounds - less than $8. Deal on top of a deal.
I'm telling all my hookie friends & jubilant over your Attic24 Shop @ wool warehouse. THANKS!!!

Lucy, Your flowers are beautiful. I live nearby and am preparing to make a big move. I have loads of plant pots all in good condition. I would love for you to have some or all of them if you wish. I was going to put them on Freecycle. Email if you are interested.

Sweet Posy Dreams

So pretty. And the colors seem perfect for your home.

Susannah

Hi Lucy, you inspired me to try growing sweet peas in large pots on my porch this year. They are beautiful and I am enjoying bringing them inside in little vases.
Happy summer!

Christine

Wow, so beautiful! I love these colours.

Cathy

At this time of year floral colours are wonderfully hot and bright, and your little posies reflect that. Your little back yard area makes a very pretty outside room, a good place to sit and crochet.

I love having flowers sitting around in different vases in the house. They just add so much cheer to a room.

How lovely, I adore sweet peas we used to grow them in our garden when I was a child. I have looked for the pattern for your Mandala but can't find it, have I missed it ?

Susan M

Sweet Peas have always been my favorite flower....I don't think I would be able to grow them, though....Maybe I'll just have to learn to crochet some! (Unless I find a knitted pattern....) Love your flowers...they always brighten up my morning...

Monica

A vase or jar of fresh flowers especially if they're from my own garden always makes me feel happy and smile. Yours look lovely on your mandala. Enjoy looking at them while you plan your next project.

Will you please share your doily under the flowers? What colors, brand of yarn and pattern? Please?

Susan

Such a lovely little bouquet of flowers and I can just imagine them glowing on your summer wreath. If I could get in touch with you some way, I've an inkling of an idea for your sweet peas, but would definitely need your help. Have a great weekend and take care.

Edwina

Hi Lucy!
Although we have a rather large back garden-these old houses from the 1930s always had generous plots - it is still the small individual blooms that give me the most pleasure... a geranium flower, sweet peas, cosmos, snapdragon (love the name), anything daisy-like. I have lots of Lady's Mantle (Alchemilla) and use it with the flowers, loving the frothyness of the flowerheads. Your little posy has inspired me to make a crocheted throw, using the colours for the centre of each square, flower like, so many patterns to choose from, and either white or a pale green as the final round, edging.... what do you think? Looking forward to seeing the wreath, and lovely to see you blogging again.

Theresa

Can't wait to see the pattern you come up with, for sweet peas! I'm wondering if you could share the beautiful doily pattern? Love everything you do!!

Jenny

Lovely Lucy look forward to the summer wreath my pots and planters have been slow this year but are finally braving the damp and chilly summer love Jenny xx

Hi Lucy, have you ever had your aura photographed. I'm sure it's full of all these strong, high energy and beautiful colours❣

Charlotte.

Beautiful! I seem to be having problems keeping my flowers alive and blooming until I can bring them inside. Great job, Lucy!!

Nicky B
