Hello! Happy Friday to you!!
Yesterday I was browsing through some of my photographs and realised that I'd gotten a little behind with creating my monthly mosaics this year. So this morning I've spent a delicious hour or so catching up with myself, and taking a weeny review of life at Attic24 through the first third of 2009. And I have to say it's veeeeery bright! And veeeeeery cheerful! And veeeeeery colourful! Well you wouldn't expect anything less now would you?
I'm sorry I can't really stop and chat much today, but I have Little Lady off school and needing some cuddles. So I shall leave you with this eyecandy and am off to the sofa to snuggle. Enjoy............

Lovely Lucy. I have several of the pottery brooches collected over the years - that makes me sound old!!! I have tried and tried to make these mosaics to no avail - very frustrating! I will just have to enjoy yours. Thank you.

YOu know what I like best? The colors and the simplicity of the pictures. Everything is made of 'life', the same old and simple life people ignore sometimes. You made me want to learn to crochet. I've had my first lesson this week. I'm horrible at crochet by now, but as soon as I'm able to crochet a flower, I'll post it in my blog and refer it to you.

Love the mosaics, great eye candy! I just read your comment on Lavenderhouse about the time/energy needed to blog and others comments about the slow down in blog output generally. It is time consuming and we ladies try to multi-task which is like juggling a million balls in the air isn't it but I just wanted to say that it's OK with me if you don't blog so much, I mean I love your blog, goes without saying obviously, but you have such a following and your posts are so full I wonder if it makes you feel pressured sometimes so I just wanted to say that I hope you give yourself some time off occasionally too! I love looking at your monthly mosaics, they are so cheerful and the central photograph of your view from the attic is lovely to see how it changes through the year. You know what - I think you should produce these as a calendar and sell them on Etsy, just a thought. : ) Happy Friday!

your colours are so wonderful !! I decided the monthly pics were a great idea so have done one for last month on my blog. Not quite as colourful as yours perhaps but it's a nice reminder of the month and less effort than 365 which I gave up as it was becoming a chore.
