Oh, I so agree. The sun is out and the daffs are starting to flower. It's too nice to do anything other than enjoy it. I treated myself to a primula yesterday too which now has it's own terracotta pot - although, I'm starting to think it might look cuter in the empty Bonne Maman jar from your Tesco magazine... Have a fab w/end. Cat x

Elderflower cordial must be a very British thing. I've never heard of it before I started following Brit blogs. I am SO CURIOUS about what it tastes like. I like anything that says "plenty of ice" and looks all frosty and condensation-y. Makes me think of summer!

If I ever need a bit of color I just have to pop on over to your blog. You're my fix in the morning.

iF you're going to indulge in the gin/elderflower combo (and you MUST!!!)then it has to be Hendricks gin and Belvoir elderflower cordial - had this cocktail last year. And every friday night since...Mmm Mmmm.... Oooh! It's friday today!
(and your anemone's are gorgeous!)

Lucy, your enthusiasm is infectious!
Wish wish wish that I could find primulas over here for 59 p, instead of $5.99. My collection could grow much more easily.
Cheers!

Hi Lucy,
you are never too old for anything!!!
I always wear dresses and skirts with jeans and I'm nearly 37! (nearly being the most important word there) especially at this time of the year plus the funkier the better. I think it would be an injustice 'NOT' too. Love to see a photo if you dare...
Have a love, love, lovely weekend,
Nina x
ps. your Little Lady will love the dolly!

What a glorious day it is and all your beautiful pictures and ideas have made me very excited about the weekend.
I have the gin, and the elderflower cordial and in three and a half hours I will have a weekend! No doubt after such lovely Friday weather it will decide to be cloudy and rain, but we can but hope!
(And there's only a week to go until the Country Living Spring Fair - hooray!)

No one ever mentions that your photography is outstanding, what camera do you use?
