About Me

  • Hello! Thank you so much for visiting me in the Attic, it's lovely to see you. My name is Lucy and I'm a happily married Mum with three children. We live in a cosy terraced house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in England which we are slowly renovating and making home. I have a passion for crochet and colour and love to share my creative journey. I hope you enjoy your peek into my colourful little world x

I love making risotto too. I find it quite relaxing, the stirring and adding bit by bit. Yours looks fabulous.

Jones

Errr hello, that looks extremely delicious!

Risotto is one of my favourites too, oh and kedgeree! Do you like a kedgeree? Bit like risotto in my opinion! You can't beat a good bit of smoked fish, egg and rice!

great blog by the way!

That sounds so good, we won't have butternut squash ready in the garden until the end of September. I am going to add a link to your blog on my blog, so I can make this recipe next week, as long as we have butternut squash in the grocery store.

We normally roast our butternut squash with other veggies in the oven, they are yummy that way as well.

julia

Looks scrumpilicious, I'll be trying that one. Risotto is a firm fave in our house too.
